I'm not sure if you shared this information with the teacher, but that helps us also. Many times also the teacher relays incidents of bullying to the prncipal and they don't take it serious enough. Personally, I believe that they should have more serious consequences earlier so that kids realize how serious it is.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2937254022704811378.post-16756050340464069942009-06-12T03:06:27.055+10:002009-06-12T03:06:27.055+10:00I was unaware of laws for bullying to protect kids...I was unaware of laws for bullying to protect kids with ADHD & learning disabilities. My only question is, if there are laws in place to protect kids from being discriminated upon then how come the schools do not notify parents that a law does exist? I can not help, but question why the school district does not stand behind this law to help prevent bullying?

Personally, I think that ALL schools need to be much more educated about bullying so they can be the first to step in and take appropriate action to minimize bullying in schools. Thank you for sharing the facts about the laws regarding bullying. It was through reading your information that I have learned helpful information.

Warmly,
DanaDana Arcurihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04926369466338612232noreply@blogger.com
