Focus on the heart of the matter: Radio interview

Here is a small snippet from my recent radio interview. We discussed the function of behaviour - why children might behave aggressively or in a bullying way towards other children.

Hi Amanda,
Thanks for the newsletter and all the lnks that took me off to interesting places :)
The printables have come just in time for me as I am visiting a mainstream classroom tomorrow to help identify the motivators for a child's challenging behaviour. The hand- out sums up beautifully the process I usually take teachers through. I am sure that they will use your site as an ongoing tool in the future.
Now I know what you sound like too. Great interview. It will be good to use as a staff meeting discussion starter and to kick stat the thinking processes of those who still have a punitive style of classroom management.

Thanks for that feedback, Sue :) And the radio interview proves that I am not an ethereal entitiy, but really a real person :) I hope it goes well with the classroom visit tomorrow, and feel very priveleged to think I might have helped out - just a little.
